Description
Inchellium Red is a softneck artichoke variety originally from the east side of the Cascade Mountains in Washington state. As it is a softneck type it will not produce scapes but is a good one for braiding. It is renowned for having a good balanced flavor and is a superstar for roasting.
It has found an ideal home in our Great Basin climate producing strong large plants with some bulbs reaching over 3” in diameter. This is a very adaptable, long storing garlic that should be in everyone’s collection.
We ship minimum 2″ – 2 1/2″ bulbs. Early orders get the biggest bulbs. We offer local pickup in Big Pine. Select option at checkout and we will email you directions for pick up when your order is ready.
All garlic is priced at 20.00/lb up to 10lbs. Bulk pricing above 10lbs is 17.50/lb. Contact us for bulk orders.
